Wayne was the best! We lived out-of-state when we were looking and he kept us well informed of what would be coming on the market so we could jump-start the process and previewed the homes so I could plan my trips to visit the properties. He took extra time to take additional photos, research historical records, and walk me through visits on facetime which was very helpful.
